Annual rack inspection by experts
The racking systems of your warehouse are put under high strain on a daily basis. In order to guarantee safe operation, the racking system needs to be in perfect condition at all times. The corresponding requirements of the annual inspection of the racks have been determined in the DIN EN 15635 standard.
Our service technicians, who have been especially trained for rack inspections, check your racking system for possible hazards or damage as well as for satisfactory protective measures. This efficiently prevents harm to people and damage to property. In addition to the official inspection plate, you also receive a log of the rack inspection. You will immediately be able to see what repairs are necessary.
The rack inspection is executed by us during systems operation and consists of the following steps: First off, a visual inspection of the racks makes sure the safety guidelines of the German workplace legislation (BGR 234) are adhered to and looks for any visible deformations, damage or missing parts. After this, the load signs are compared with the composition and, if necessary, damaged parts are replaced after consultation with you. To finish, we document the rack inspection for you and award the inspection plate.
