With its precise, regular servicing of your warehouse and materials handling technology, TELOGS makes sure that your system always provides the highest level of availability possible with the maximum lifecycle. Furthermore, we carry out the annual APR inspections of your storage and retrieval machines in accordance with EN 528.
Here, TELOGS works completely manufacturer-independent. This means that you have both the advantage of high flexibility and a central contact person for all system components. Depending on the structure of your system this process will noticeably streamline maintenance tasks.
Our experienced service technicians are especially trained for servicing warehouse and materials handling technology and advanced training is provided in this area on a continual basis. Using the information on the intensity of use, your experience with the system to-date and the maintenance planning to gauge what needs to be done, our technicians independently and reliably carry out the maintenance at corresponding intervals. Every service is reliably documented, if desired in one of our especially developed maintenance databases. This makes it possible to perform detailed traces of when and where work was carried out.
