Die upper guide Describes the module at the head of the mast of a stacker (RGB), which runs in the upper guide rail and horizontally stabilizes the height of the device.
It consists of several guide rollers that hold the RGB sideways in the rail. This interplay of roller and rail absorbs the lateral forces caused by dynamic movements. It works in conjunction with the lower guide.
This module is an integral part of every stacker that uses an upper guide rail. Its design depends on the height and the required dynamic range of the RGB.
A correctly adjusted and maintained upper guide is crucial for low-vibration and safe operation. It ensures positioning accuracy on the upper shelf levels and thus ensures trouble-free warehouse operation.
