Upper guide rail

Upper guide rail stabilizes the RGB mast for safe, precise storage.

Die upper guide rail is a structural element in a high-bay warehouse which helps guide and stabilize the upper end of the mast of a stacker (RGB) serves.

How it works

The rail is attached to the top of the rack system. At the head of the RGB mast, upper guide rollers run in or on this rail. This guide prevents the high mast from swerving or swinging sideways during fast journeys.

areas of application

Upper guide rails are standard on almost all stacker cranes in high-bay warehouses. They are essential to ensure the stability required for precise storage at high altitude.

benefits

The main advantages are a massive increase in operational safety and dynamic stability. It enables high performance and precise positioning, which minimizes wear and tear on the device.
